Applications:
Semi-automatic rigid box making machine is used for wrapping the glued paper in the pasted box. It can finished side wrapping, edge folding, tucking in and air pressing at one time, which is suitable for all kinds of rigid box wrapping, such as shoes boxes, gift boxes, cell phone boxes, perfume boxes etc.
The main shaft is composed of a main shaft arm and a parting mechanism. The main shaft arm is driven by a timing belt, and the parting is driven by a ball screw. The "coupling" connects the "servo motor" and the ball screw, the "parting rod" is fixed with a "nut seat" and "upper mold fixing plate" at both ends; the "servo motor" rotates to make the "upper mold fixing plate" go up and down and complete the required actions.

It has applied Pneumatic and Compressor air to driving the machine running. It is an ideal equipment for customer which has different quantity orders. Especially the customer seeking for higher quality products.It has two edge folding model and four types tucking in model. The shortest time of one box finished is 1.7seconds. The max speed can reach 28 pcs/min to certain boxes.
